The role features 3x12 hour rotating shifts, alternating days and nights every other week, and requires NICU-specific certifications. Candidates must hold NRP and BLS, Ohio or Compact nursing license, and have Level IV NICU, ventilator and tracheostomy care experience; pediatric experience is a plus.
