Join a growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) that delivers enterprise-level IT solutions to a diverse client base. We are seeking a Level III Network Engineer to serve as a senior technical resource, providing advanced troubleshooting, infrastructure support, and client-facing technical leadership.
Schedule: Full-time, onsite with occasional local client visits and after-hours project support as needed.
Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 DOE.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level III escalation support for complex network and systems issues
- Manage and support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, security, connectivity, and performance challenges
- Support infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, backups, and patch management
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and outsourced NOC/SOC partners
- Deliver exceptional client service while managing multiple priorities and projects
Qualifications
- Experience in an MSP environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of networking, systems administration, and cybersecurity
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft infrastructure technologies
- Familiarity with remote monitoring and management tools is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
