Level III Neonatologist

Pediatrix is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist to join their established practice at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City. This Level III Neonatologist opportunity offers a guaranteed bonus and the chance to work in a collegial, private practice environment with robust hospital resources. Practice Info

• Provide coverage at 2 Level III NICUs: Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City (43-bed NICU with an ADC of 29) and Norman Regional Hospital (26-bed NICU with an ADC of 14).
• Robust sub-specialty and MFM support.
• Services include HFOV and jet ventilators.
• Join a tenured staff of neonatologists in a 6 physician practice.
• Close-knit team culture: Community oriented setting with a private practice feel, yet backed by robust hospital resources.

Compensation

• Starting salary range starting at $265,000 with annual salary increases.
• First-year guaranteed bonus paid out in monthly installments.
• Year-end annual bonus eligibility.
