Job Title: Level 3 Tech - ITSC
Job Duration: 3 Months (Tempt to Hire)
Location: Folsom, CA 95630
Shift Time: M-F 8AM - 5 PM PST

Overview : You will work in a corporate environment located onsite with one of our largest and most well-known customers.
Your duties will include but will not be limited to:

• Installing and configuring OS on client laptops.
• Migrating client data to new laptop.
• Advanced break/fix support of software/hardware issues for clients.
• Managing and updating tickets via the client's ticketing database.
• Processing assets returned from clients leaving the company
• Ensuring all client inventory assets are stored and distributed in a clean and professional manner.

You will have frequent interaction with clients in person and also via phone, email and IM. You will be required to update the client ticketing system and database.
You may be tasked to assist with asset inventory audits.

Requirements :

• 3+ years technical experience desired.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. solo.
• May be required to walk/sit/stand/crawl/kneel for extended periods.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Requires knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel and Word primarily), Windows 10.
• Technical certifications a plus.
