Network Support Technician Level II

We're hiring an experienced Level 2 Network Support Technician to handle escalated desktop issues and manage multi-vendor network environments. If you're self-motivated, take ownership of your work, and enjoy solving tough technical problems, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
* Act as the top escalation point for desktop and end-user support (a major part of this role)
* Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls from multiple brands (Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, SonicWall, etc.)
* Resolve complex network issues, including VLANs, VPNs, routing, DNS/DHCP
* Manage your ticket queue and projects to completion on time
* Apply security best practices and help keep users and systems protected
What You Need
* (5+) years of IT support experience, including Level 2/3 work
* Advanced networking skills across multiple hardware vendors
* Strong Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 experience
* Ability to work independently and manage time well
Nice to Have
* Kaseya VSA or N-able N-Central experience
* Cybersecurity knowledge (strong plus)
* Network+, Security+, CCNA, or similar certifications
* MSP experience
