This is a direct hire opportunity with multiple shift options and relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC Mill, Lathe and manual machining equipment.Machine parts according to engineering drawings, customer requirements, and manufacturing specifications.Perform inspections and testing to verify parts meet blueprint tolerances and quality standards.Select, install, and adjust cutting tools based on material and machining requirements.Remove burrs, sharp edges, tool marks, and other surface irregularities from machined parts.Maintain accurate production documentation and records.Communicate shift handoff information to ensure smooth operations.Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area.Support continuous material flow throughout the manufacturing cell.Follow all safety procedures and company standards.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Minimum 5 years of machining experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, planning documents, and manufacturing specifications.Working knowledge of machining mathematics and measurement concepts.Basic understanding of inspection methods and quality requirements.Experience deburring machined parts.Ability to train and assist less experienced team members is a plus.Additional RequirementsU.S.
