Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 1 Support Technician to join their team onsite in Plano, TX and provide walk-in and remote support to users.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and End User Support activities as requiredStage and build systemsComplete special projects as requestedFollow Asset Management policy and procedureSkills and Qualifications:Good communication skillsGood analytical / troubleshooting skillsStrong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating SystemsWorking knowledge of MS Office and basic business applicationsiOS and Android working knowledgeGood customer support skillsBasic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computingWalk-up and remote support service experienceWage Range: The hourly rate for this position is between $20.25 - $27.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
