Grexo Technology Group is looking for a full-time Level I IT Engineer to join our team. Individuals in this position are required to provide proactive, remote and onsite engineering support to clients as needed. Grexo Technology Group is a Managed Service Provider located in the Houston/Dallas, TX area. We support a wide variety of technologies and organizations. We work hard to provide efficient, productive, and profitable IT solutions for businesses to help them be more efficient. We work as partners to our clients offering RMM, managed services, CIO services, VOIP, security, and disaster recovery.
Requirements
· Local residence in Houston, Texas geographical region.
· Provide technical support on-site, and/or remotely via phone and/or email.
· Troubleshooting a variety of computer/server/network issues.
· Maintaining, repairing, moving, or carrying computer equipment.
· Configuring computer networks all while adhering to all company standards and policies.
· An experienced professional with a full understanding of Information Technology.
· Well-developed troubleshooting skills and tested methodologies.
· Experienced in analyzing complex issues, distilling and communicating their relevant aspects.
· Ability and desire to be part of a team.
· Flexibility with a positive attitude.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and experience.
· Sound time management and task management.
· Knowledge of Office 365 including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
· Knowledge of Apple Mac Operating Systems and management.
· Knowledge of Windows 10/11 Operating System and management.
· This position does require local travel in the Dallas - Fort Worth metropolitan area.
Education and Experience
· Experience: 1+ yrs in the IT field required, MSP experience a plus
· ConnectWise and NinjaRMM experience a plus
· Language: English.
· Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Preferred
· Field of Study: Engineering or related field
· A combination of education and experience is acceptable: Yes
· Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
· Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
