Your role: Operational leader of the restaurant

• Inspire and motivate a team of approximately 20 people, ensuring task distribution, work supervision, and continuous training
• Create a positive work atmosphere and ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing fast, efficient, and friendly service
• Handle customer interactions and resolve issues with a positive and proactive attitude
• Actively participate in restaurant operations: cash register, dining area, kitchen, orders, etc.
• Oversee the restaurant's daily administrative management

Your profile

• Experience in the restaurant industry and/or team management is preferred
• Dynamic and business-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Organized and stress-resistant, able to find quick solutions
• Punctual and flexible, available from Monday to Sunday between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM

• Salary: €3,500.00 - €4,200.00 per month
