Responsible for the administration and support of loan documentation and imaging platforms, the full-time Lending Systems Administrator will manage LaserPro and Identifi configurations, ensure compliance, and resolve user issues while working remotely. Key responsibilities Administer and configure the LaserPro loan documentation platform, including document templates and compliance updates Oversee the Identifi imaging platform, maintaining document structures and supporting audit requests Monitor system performance, implement upgrades, and lead projects for process improvements related to lending systems Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Four to seven years of experience administering lending systems in a banking or financial services environment Experience with LaserPro or a comparable loan documentation platform and an enterprise imaging platform like Identifi Strong understanding of banking and lending operations, including loan documentation requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools for data validation and issue tracking
