Working remotely on a contract basis, the Lending System Analyst will act as the business-side technical project manager for a new loan platform, ensuring seamless delivery of consumer loans while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support configuration, testing, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Act as the technical project manager and platform steward for the new lending system, overseeing configuration, workflow setup, testing, and launch Support and maintain loan product parameters to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system capabilities Required Qualifications Strong experience in consumer lending, loan servicing, or related financial services at banks or credit unions Deep knowledge of lending terminology and the loan lifecycle from origination to collections Proven experience in managing user access, roles, and permissions aligned with security standards Experience in system testing, including user acceptance testing and defect triage Ability to troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolutions across teams and vendors
