he resource will be required to interact with the client/analysts to gather the requirements and design and deliver Informatica mappings independently Hence the Job Description is  as follows -Should be good hands on experience in Informatica 9.x (4+ years).Should have knowledge of Data Modeling / Data warehouse Designing conceptsHands on experience in SQL (Oracle)Should have interacted with the customers / business analysts in gathering requirements and independently able to design and deliver the Informatica Mappings.Should have experience in scheduling the Informatica mapping using the Informatica workflow managerJob Level Specific Duties• Defines overall application functional / business requirements with end users. Recommends solution modifications, configurations, and processes.• Implements, designs and / or upgrades applications.• Creates test plans for projects. • Analyzes model test discrepancies to find trends and works with programmers to resolve. • Establishes cost and time estimates for development and implementation of projects.• Produces business process flow charts. • Creates communication plans (correspondence, presentations, and other materials) for knowledge transfer to leadership. • Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. • Acts a team leader for projects with moderate budgets or of a short to intermediate duration.• Mentors less experienced team members.Typical Years of Experience• Typically requires 5-7 years relevant experience.Minimum Education and Certifications• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Skills• Strong knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture. Strong analytical / problem solving skills.• Ability to identify and evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.• Exceptional influencing and communication skills. Exceptional ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources. Excellent client service attitude and leadership capabilities.• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions• Ability to physically perform general office requirements. • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.• Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.The resource will be required to interact with the client/analysts to gather the requirements & design and deliver technical deliverables.Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) Should have good hands on experience in SAP BASIS Administration in latest versions of SAP ECC, NetWeaver BI and Solution Manager. Should have good support experience in Windows Operating System & Oracle 11/12G database to support BASIS tasks pertaining to it. Must be able to perform independently all standard SAP Basis Administrator duties like Transport management system, SAP Patching, System copies, Printer setup, Batch job scheduling. Should have experience in SAP installations and migrations. Should have sounding knowledge in SAP Solution Manager installation, configurations & monitoring setup. Should have experience in Vertex file update. Must have experience in configuration of SSO.

Experience in SAP application capacity Planning, performance tuning.Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration.Minimum 2 SAP implementation/installation project experience.Degree: e.g. Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experienceNice to Have; (But not a must) Exposure to third party tool RevTrac. Exposure to other databases such as MS SQL Server & HANA.Working knowledge on SAP archiving & FileShare. Additional Soft Skills.
