We are seeking a skilled Legislative/Legal Research Lead (LRL) - Junior to support mission‑critical operations for a federal client.

Responsibilities

• Lead legislative and legal research operations, coordinate staff activities, and support congressional engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
• Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
• Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
