Legendary Restaurant GM: Growth & Flexibility

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of operations and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered at all times. You will lead the management team, manage costs, and drive guest satisfaction in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.

This role requires a proven track record as a GM/MP in multi-unit settings, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to train and develop staff while maintaining company culture.
