Document Production SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Document Production Specialist to support a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for creating, editing, formatting, and finalizing complex documents while providing responsive support to internal teams.Key Responsibilities:Create, edit, format, and finalize complex documents using Microsoft Word and other document production toolsApply advanced Word features including templates, styles, numbering, cross-references, tables of contents, and other automated formattingConvert, clean up, and troubleshoot documents and PDFsPrepare and update PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheetsAssist internal users with formatting questions and document-related issuesManage multiple requests and deadlines in a high-volume environmentCollaborate with a remote team to ensure requests are completed accurately and on timeStay current on document production software, system updates, and workflow improvementsQualifications:3–5 years of experience in document production, word processing, or a similar roleAdvanced Microsoft Word skills requiredStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsExperience working with complex, highly formatted documentsStrong proofreading, formatting, and document cleanup abilitiesComfortable troubleshooting software and formatting issuesExcellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlinesStrong communication and customer service skillsAble to work independently in a remote environment while remaining highly responsiveLegal or professional services experience preferredExperience with tools such as Litera, Kofax/Adobe Acrobat, DocXtools, or similar platforms is a plusAdditional Details:This is a remote position, but candidates must be available to travel to the New York office for initial training and onboardingThe position supports teams across the firm rather than one specific office or departmentCandidates must be comfortable with the evening and weekend scheduleAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
