What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of legal assistants.
- Oversee contract administration and legal document workflows.
- Assign and prioritize work to ensure deadlines are met.
- Review documents for accuracy and provide ongoing training.
- Onboard new team members and serve as the team's go-to resource.
- Help improve processes and maintain efficient legal operations.
- Associate degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of legal department or related experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
