The Role:
We're hiring legal recruiters who want the freedom to do their best work. You'll find and place lateral attorney candidates with our law firm clients. You'll also build strong relationships with both candidates and firms, and help grow the Bellstone brand in your market.
What You'll Do
- Find and reach out to associates, Counsel and partners
- Run searches for law firm clients from first contact through offer
- Build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring partners
- Manage several searches at once
