Screen and qualify candidates, submit them quickly, and follow them through the hiring process. Compensation: This is a 1099 independent contractor role with commission-based pay and uncapped earning potential. No base salary is provided; earnings are directly tied to successful placements. Requirements: Proven recruiting experience, with a strong preference for government recruiting experience. Ability to work independently and move quickly when a strong candidate is identified.
