Legal Recruiter

Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Legal Recruiter to work for our client in Seattle, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global e-commerce company.

Pay: $59-$63/hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Location: Seattle, WA, Bellevue, WA -OR- Arlington, VA

• Independently sources and identifies talent pipelines for critical roles within the Legal and/or Public Policy space. Requires an ability to calibrate with hiring teams to understand profiles and build pipelines of quality candidates to fill open positions.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, prior recruiting experience in the Legal industry is preferred.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years legal recruiting experience
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
