Legal Practice Manager- Associate Director(Transactions)

Our client, a top tier global law firm is in search of a lead practice manager to oversee its M&A/ Transactions practice, which is recognized to be the premier leader in the industry. The Associate Director acts as a strategic partner to the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) leadership team and will oversee a comprehensive range of functions focusing on four key areas: staffing optimization, attorney career progression, performance management and policy implementation and management.

Successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years experience as an attorney, practice manager or talent management within a law firm environment. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to help develop and train attorneys.
