Come join our journey!The Legal Operations Analyst supports the Legal Operations function by managing data, systems, reporting, and day-to-day operational activities that enable the Legal Department to operate efficiently and effectively. This role is hands on and execution focused, providing analytical, administrative, and technology support while partnering closely with Legal Operations leadership on process improvement and system optimization initiatives.Responsibilities include:Outside Counsel and Billing CoordinationProcess ImprovementLegal Operations SupportData and ReportingQualifications include:Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Legal Studies, Operations, Finance, Technology, or related field).2–4 years of experience in legal operations, operations analytics, system administration, or process support.Exposure to legal department tools (ServiceNow, BrightFlag, Luminance or other management and intake systems) preferred.Experience in a corporate or professional services environment preferred.Panasonic prioritizes total well-being and offers comprehensive benefits options to support physical, emotional, financial, social, and environmental health.
