Seeking a highly technically proficient Intake Manager and Trainer, this remote full-time position will manage new hire training, ongoing coaching, and daily intake operations, requiring evening and weekend availability. Key responsibilities Train and onboard new hires on intake procedures, systems, and case qualification requirements Provide ongoing coaching through call shadowing, reviews, and feedback while assisting agents during shifts Handle inbound and outbound intake calls, maintaining accurate records and meeting quality standards Required qualifications At least two years of experience as a legal intake trainer with legal mass tort intake experience Strong technical proficiency in navigating multiple software applications and workflows simultaneously Ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively teach workflows to others Availability to work evening and weekend shifts Experience with Five9, Balto, Salesforce, or comparable platforms is preferred
