Legal Entity Controller - Vice PresidentJoin a high-impact team responsible for legal entity forecasting, management and regulatory reporting, resolution & recovery oversight and ongoing capital monitoring with broad exposure across multiple lines of business and stakeholders.As a Legal Entity Controller - Vice President within the Bank P&A & Governance function, you will be responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and capital monitoring for the Consolidated Lead Bank (JPMCB) and other legal entities, and you will help govern the safety and soundness of the JPMCB charter through well-documented strategic and regulatory planning.Additionally, it governs the safety and soundness of the JPMCB charter through well-documented strategic and regulatory planning.

Responsibilities include:Analytical review of financial results in BAU forecast and stress exercises, from monthly forecast and Budget through the most severe economic projections (CCAR/DFAST; Recovery and Resolution (R&R))Analysis and recommendations regarding the amount and timing of the regular Bank dividend to the parent companyReporting to senior management, the Board, and key U.S. regulatory agenciesPartnership with Capital Planning & Analysis, Capital Policies, and Capital Risk Management in review and challenge of Bank financial presentation and capital plansPartnership with Resolution Program Management office for the design and technical review of the JPMCB Resolution & Recovery PlansOversight of the quarterly Bank Management Group governance forumJob responsibilities:Analyzing recurring legal entity financial forecasts and describing key business drivers and focus areas for both BAU and Stress forecastsPartnering with Treasury, Capital Policy, and Firmwide/Capital Planning & Analysis teams to ensure robust capital planning, including the calibration of capital plans and targetsPreparing and reviewing monthly & quarterly senior management and regulatory reports before distributionSupporting the Bank's Recovery & Resolution Plans, including detailed review and challenge of pro forma financial analyses and the technical review of the plan narrativesCompile the Firm and Bank Strategic Plan documentManage the Bank Management Group quarterly agendaIdentifying operating efficiencies and automation solutions that benefit team productivityRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field7+ years finance/accounting related experience, particularly regulatory reportingStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills, self-initiative and attention to detailExcellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsAbility to build strong cross-business and cross-functional relationshipsExperience managing multiple, concurrent workstreams with a sense of urgencyStrong communication skills (written and verbal) and intellectually curiousPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Experience in financial/regulatory reporting for consolidated entities, experience with capital/RWA is a plusWorking knowledge of US Regulatory Capital rulesExperience managing or supervising junior staffAbout UsJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
