Patent Associate
Our client is seeking a patent associate with 2-3 years of law firm patent prosecution experience to join the firm's pre-eminent, national Intellectual Property Department's Chemical, Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Practice Group in our Silicon Valley office. Qualified candidate must hold a PhD in the biological sciences (i.e. Immunology, Molecular Biology, Virology, or a related field) and have solid patent prosecution experience. Ideal candidate will have immediately transferable skills, with a strong academic background, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
