Education
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and Law Degree.
Experience
Real estate experience preferred. Must have experience drafting and negotiating contracts. Healthcare law experience is preferred. Must have solid verbal and written communication skills. Requires broad knowledge of contract law. Strong business and financial acumen. Ability to effectively present information to senior leadership.
