Our Americas-based legal team provides business-focused legal support across the region. We are seeking a highly motivated, engaged, and forward-thinking attorney with a strong interest in contract law and commercial transactions to serve as the primary legal partner to our Procurement team, while also supporting employment matters and litigation, as needed.
What you'll do
This role offers meaningful ownership, exposure to a broad range of legal issues, and the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide day-to-day legal support with contracts and commercial legal matters
- Support labor and employment matters, as needed
- Manage and oversee litigation matters, including product liability cases, as needed
- Help develop and improve legal processes and guidance to support business efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions and regions to align legal advice with business objectives
