Extend is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our rapid-growing team in San Francisco. You will handle a wide range of commercial contracts, regulatory matters, IP, employment and international issues while advising senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
You will lead contract drafting, negotiate complex agreements, support corporate governance, and help scale the legal function as Extend expands. This is a hands-on role for a proactive attorney with in-house exposure.
