About the Job

We are seeking a Legal Counsel – Commercial to join our Legal team and drive the commercial legal strategy that enables our rapid customer expansion. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be the primary legal partner to our Sales and Customer Success teams, structuring and negotiating complex enterprise agreements as we deploy autonomous robotics solutions with customers worldwide. You will negotiate first‑of‑their‑kind agreements for autonomous robotics deployments, navigate novel liability and risk allocation issues, and help shape industry‑standard contract frameworks that don't yet exist.

Location and Work Arrangement

We are headquartered in Mission Viejo, CA, and this is a fully onsite role. Candidates will be expected to work from our Mission Viejo, CA office. In‑person engagement is essential to our success, and we offer flexible working hours to support focus and work‑life balance.
