Legal Counsel – Client Contracting Services

Key Eligibility Criteria

  • Actively practicing attorney with 5+ years experience in a law firm and/or in-house setting.
  • Admitted to practice law in at least one state and in good standing.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% (including by plane).
  • Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor (JD) required.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

  • Negotiate pharmacy benefit contracts with employer plan sponsor clients.
  • Support sales teams on new business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Government Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Client Audit, and Underwriting departments.
  • Communicate with PBM clients, benefit consultants, and attorneys.

Pay Range: $144,200.00 – $288,400.00 (base salary, plus bonus, commission, short‑term incentive, and equity award program).
