Legal Contracts ManagerWe are seeking a Legal Contracts Manager with experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a high volume of routine and complex contracts. The specialist will have the ability to analyze and interpret legal language and work directly with business colleagues to prepare contracts for execution and implementation. The candidate will support the business by providing training and education on our contract management system and will assist with financial requisitions.
The role requires an individual with strong legal knowledge, autonomous work habits, ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships, proficiency in computer software, and excellent organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate contracts, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and management. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
