This Legal Biller role sits at the center of the firm's financial operations, working closely with attorneys and clients to keep billing accurate, compliant, and on schedule. It's an opportunity to build deep expertise in legal billing within a firm that invests in collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and finalize client invoices in accordance with firm and client billing guidelines, including write-downs, rate corrections, trust applications, and split billing.Submit invoices through electronic billing platforms, resolve rejections and adjustments, and ensure compliance with ABA task/activity codes and client-specific standards.Monitor attorney time entries and expenses for accuracy, and support collections efforts on outstanding accounts.Maintain eBilling platform credentials and configurations, onboard new clients, manage rate approvals, and oversee matter mapping and setup in Aderant.Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and client representatives to resolve billing discrepancies and clarify billing narratives.
