Legal Assistant PositionClyde & Co US LLP seeks a legal assistant with 3+ years of experience to provide excellent secretarial and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a paperless environment and will tailor to the unique support needs of each attorney while ensuring the smooth running of the group and department as a whole.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to attorneys/paralegalsProvide exceptional, detailed-oriented skills in reviewing and proofreading correspondence and documentsProduce accurate documents and correspondence in a timely mannerAbility to file (electronically or by courier service) briefs and other documents with various federal, state, and appellate courts with minimal supervisionManage multiple attorney calendars using Outlook calendars to schedule appointments, meetingsCalculating and inputting case related deadlines into firm's docketing program.Maintain electronic files for client mattersPreparing shells for various pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondenceOversee arrangements for in-house and external depositions, including booking court reportersReception and office coordination duties.Perform other administrative duties as they ariseEssential Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 3+ years litigation experience in a law firm settingHigh School diploma or GED requiredExtensive experience in handling and completing State and Federal eFilingsProficient to advanced user of Microsoft Word and OutlookProficient to advanced user of PDF programs such as Adobe, Nuance/Kofax, etc.Applicant must be detailed oriented and highly motivated with the ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environmentImpressive command of grammar and punctuationMust have experience with iManage or equivalent document management systemWhy Join Us?At Clyde & Co, we believe in supporting your professional growth while ensuring you have the flexibility and benefits you need to thrive. The range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
