Legal Assistant (Full-Time, Remote)Firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our team in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment. This is a fully remote, full-time position requiring strong technical skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a commitment to accuracy and thorough file review. From there, you will review your assigned queue of tasks, focusing on items due the same day and prioritizing based on upcoming hearing dates.Daily work includes a mix of:Document preparationExhibit collection from online portalsData entry and system updatesDetailed file review and quality controlHandling escalations as neededWhile tasks may vary slightly day-to-day, the overall workflow is structured and consistent across the team. Each team member is responsible for a similar set of daily responsibilities, allowing for both routine and variety within a high-volume environment.This role offers flexibility outside of required core hours. Team members are expected to be available from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, but may structure the remainder of their day as needed to complete their full 40 hours.
Breaks can be taken throughout the day, with the option to step away and return later to finish remaining work.
