ProspectBlue has partnered with a reputable law firm and is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Litigation Paralegal with 2-3 years of Personal Injury experience; Must be able to manage a modest caseload from beginning to end, including drafting, scheduling, and client correspondence.
Draft legal correspondence. Manage and organize multiple document intensive cases. Document collection and productions. Obtain, organize and summarize medical records and pertinent information. 3+ years of paralegal experience in personal injury Ability to effectively set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects. Ability to search electronic database programs and assist with organizing, summarizing and/or categorizing documents. Excellent computer skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and trial support software.
