Our client a Mass Tort and Personal Injury boutique law firm in Jackson, Ohio is seeking a part-time, remote position supporting one to two Of Counsel attorneys handling general litigation as well as personal injury cases. The role is a mix of paralegal and administrative support work.
Responsibilities
- Revising and proofreading pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents
- Drafting and sending correspondence and mail
- Filing and organizing case files
- Requesting medical records from healthcare providers
- Reviewing and summarizing medical records for case evaluation
- Assisting with marketing efforts related to mass tort litigation
- General administrative support as needed
- Ideal candidates would have paralegal experience, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with medical records
- Experience in personal injury litigation is a plus
- Average 15+ hours per week
- Hourly rate - $35.00 - $40.00+ based on experience
