Are you a former Insurance Adjuster, Claims Representative, or Sales Professional looking for an exciting career opportunity?
We are seeking motivated, organized, and results-driven individuals to work directly with our personal injury attorneys and help manage active case dockets.
What You'll Do
- Assist attorneys with managing personal injury cases.
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
- Help clients with property damage claims, vehicle repairs, total losses, and rental cars.
- Follow up on insurance claims, settlements, and outstanding case matters.
- Keep cases moving forward and ensure clients receive excellent service.
- Help attorneys meet productivity and performance goals.
Who We're Looking For
- Insurance company experience strongly preferred.
- Sales experience highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Organized, persistent, and comfortable managing multiple cases.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Legal Assistants work under attorney supervision and cannot provide legal advice, establish attorney fees, or independently represent clients. All legal decisions must be handled by a licensed attorney.
