Legal Assistant PositionChiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi ("CSG Law"), is seeking a Legal Assistant with 2+ years of experience to support attorneys in our Roseland, NJ office. The Firm is not accepting recruiter submissions for this role.Responsibilities:Prepare and submit conflict checks; assist with opening and closing mattersOpen, organize, and maintain client and files both in electronic and paper filing systemsUse the Firm's docketing programAssist with attorney time entriesType a variety of legal documents from rough and oral draftsProofread documents and correspondence for spelling/grammarCoordinate, schedule and calendar meetingsSubmit vendor invoices and expense reports through Chrome RiverOther administrative projects as assignedQualifications Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and OutlookAbility to identify and escalate issues as neededPolished verbal and written communication skillsAbility to clearly and effectively communicate and collaborate with assigned attorneys and other colleaguesAbility to manage details and maintain a high level of organization on multiple projectsAbility to maintain confidential informationThis is a hybrid (three (3) days per week in-office) position in our Roseland, NJ office.The anticipated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 per year.
