Leaves Unit Lead & Compliance Strategist

The New York State Unified Court System seeks a Senior Management Analyst (Leaves Unit) in the Office of Court Administration Division of Human Resources to oversee the administration of all employee leave programs. This role directs day‑to‑day operations, ensures compliance with FMLA, Paid Parental Leave, Workers’ Compensation and other leaves, and serves as a liaison with internal and external partners while guiding staff and shaping policy.

Travel within New York State may be required.
