    Submit processed applications for approval. Follow up with applicant regarding status.

    Secure new member’s signature(s) on appropriate paperwork prior to move-in.

    Completes all work according to established CSI Support & Development procedures.

    Helping prospective resident members with the application process by explaining what they need to sign in the application form; this also involves answering whatever questions they may have regarding the forms they need to fill out. (Doing this helps make sure that all forms have been properly filled out)

    Performing credit and criminal background checks on prospective tenants. This task also involves informing a potential resident member that their application has been denied.

    Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

    Assist management team with other various tasks as required.

    Discretion: The Leasing department often deals with confidential information. A successful Leasing Specialist must comply with confidentiality demands. Communication skills: Leasing Specialist must be good listeners and be able to communicate the needs and expectations of both the company, its employees, and members.
