Leasing Specialist — Drive Occupancy & Renewals

Greystar in Houston is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.

You will use OneSite/Yardi for data tracking, maintain show units, and support renewal activities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; on-site position with competitive benefits.
