Reserve at Ridgewood is looking for a Leasing Consultant who knows how to create excitement, build relationships, and make future residents feel at home from the moment they walk through the door.
We're searching for someone with 2+ years of leasing experience, strong sales and customer service skills, and weekend availability. Someone who can confidently lead a tour, overcome objections, and turn first impressions into signed leases.
What you'll do:
- Tour prospective residents through the community
- Guide applicants through the leasing process
- Prepare lease and move-in documentation
- Build lasting resident relationships
- Deliver exceptional service every day
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
