- Assist with applications and lease documentation

- Keep model apartments and common areas presentation-ready
- Assist with community marketing and resident events
- Maintain accurate prospect and resident records
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or leasing experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
- Organized and able to multitask
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to walk the community, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
