We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a beautiful apartment community in Silver Spring, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping prospective residents find their new home.
Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct engaging property tours.
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and in-person leasing inquiries.
• Process rental applications, lease agreements, and move-in documentation.
• Follow up with prospects to maximize occupancy.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and prospect traffic.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve leasing goals.
• Ensure the leasing office and model units remain professional and welcoming.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of apartment leasing experience is required.
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
• Professional and outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Yardi, Entrata, OneSite, or other property management software is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required.
