Job Summary We are seeking an experienced PART TIME Leasing Consultant to join our thriving property management company. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of the leasing process, from introducing properties to prospective tenants to periodic inspection of actively leased properties. As a successful Leasing Consultant, your goal is to achieve and maintain high occupancy rates and maximize profitability for clients. nResponsibilities
nAdvertise vacant properties
nShow properties to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenities
nHold open houses
nQualify prospective tenants using background checks and references
nAccept rental payments and provide receipts
nMaintain deep knowledge of the local market and housing trends
nNegotiate leasing terms and close deals
nProvide administrative support and other duties as assigned
nFollow all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policies
nQualifications
nProven working experience in property management
nUp-to-date on the local real estate market
nExcellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
nExperience with property management software preferred
nSalary
n$16 - $18 per hour plus generous commission
nFlexible work from home options available.
