VIP Management is looking to add a productive individual to its leasing team!
Duties include:
- Processing rental applications for vacant apartments & houses
- Running and reviewing credit screening reports
- Obtaining written verifications of employment and rent history
- Coordinating move-in dates
- Showing vacant properties
Our ideal candidate would be someone who is able to work in a fast-paced manner, is highly organized, and able to multitask with great customer service. Prior leasing / property management experience is preferred.
