✅ Reviewing and validating outsourced lease administration work

✅ Ensuring accuracy across a large commercial portfolio

This role is for someone who already knows the business and doesn't need hand-holding.

✔ Strong commercial lease administration background

✔ Deep Triple Net (NNN) reconciliation experience

✔ Strong Excel skills

✔ Ability to work independently and hit the ground running

MRI experience is a plus.
