Learning Technology Director

Leading the development of a custom learning technology platform, the full-time salaried Learning Technology Director will manage platform strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide enhancements to improve learning offerings in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Lead platform strategy and architecture for the learning delivery ecosystem, connecting business goals with user needs Develop functional specifications for new capabilities and enhancements, translating business requirements into platform requirements Guide the ongoing development and operation of the platform, ensuring it accommodates new use cases while maintaining reliability Required Qualifications Significant experience in owning or implementing learning technology products or platforms Experience as a product owner or manager, translating user and business needs into platform requirements Strong technical fluency with modern web applications and integrated platforms Working knowledge of learning technology concepts and ecosystems, such as LMS/LXP platforms Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
