Role
Learning Technologist
Responsibilities - For Build / Change the Business
Lead new enhancements and projects for Learning systems

• Act as SME for learning systems, providing advice on capabilities and design options
• Document tool functionality based on build(s)
• Define/write test cases and create/load test data
• Execute unit and functional testing
• Support UAT testing
• Design/set up systems security and user permissions
• Build/test systems integrations
• Resolve issues/defects as needed
• Create courses and sessions in the learning systems (Skillify/NxU)
• Create and assign course surveys
• Develop learning system reports and metrics
• Triage and resolve LMS ServiceNow tickets

Responsibilities - For Run The Business
Learning Technologies:

• Learning systems primary administrator
• Add/modify LMS user security design and permissions
• Set up LMS permissions for new training admin users
• Act as SME for learning systems, providing advice on capabilities and design options
• Create/edit courses and sessions in the learning systems (Skillify/NxU)
• Create/edit course survey templates and assign to courses and sessions
• Monitor, track, and manage enrollment metrics
• Resolve LMS technical issues (w/assist from vendor as needed)
• Support Learning Council discussions as needed (??)

• Integrations design/build with support from SaaS Engineering or vendor teams
