To enhance team effectiveness and patient experience, the full-time remote Learning Solutions Lead will design and deliver innovative learning and performance solutions while partnering with clinical, operational, and corporate teams. Key responsibilities Partner with leaders to assess performance needs and develop targeted learning solutions Lead the design of high-impact learning experiences and blended learning solutions for enterprise-wide initiatives Establish measurement strategies to evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of learning solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Education, or related field 5+ years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting, or talent development Proven success in designing and delivering complex, enterprise-level learning solutions Experience in partnering with business leaders to assess performance needs Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
