Learning Resources Vendor Associate

Supporting and managing third-party and digital learning resources, the full-time remote Learning Resources Vendor Associate will serve as a liaison between faculty, academic partners, and vendors to ensure resources are accurate, accessible, and aligned with curriculum goals. Key responsibilities Manage vendor relationships and operational execution for learning resources Analyze data to enhance the student and faculty experience in online learning environments Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure resource alignment with institutional goals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or a related field One year of experience in learning resource bookstore operations and service support Three years of experience in learning resource vendor management and program development Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning technologies and management systems
